.....the Northern Lights last night ? (And got photo's ? :))
Apparently visible, even in the South of England.

Needless to say I didn't !. :'( :'( :'(...And it's a 'phenomenon' that I'd love to see.
I expect it'll be cloudy on Friday....and I won't be able to see the eclipse properly, either. :(

Didn't see them either - was cloudy where I am. And to rub the salt in the wound even further, I was in the Isle of Skye last week where I would have had a great view if I had been there last night!  :'(
I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

Nothing over here, we've gone out a few times to try and catch them but we're always unlucky.  I am tempted to try and catch the eclipse on Friday though.

I'll have finished work about 5am though, so I'd still be in bed normally...  Might have to get Adele to give me a nudge if it's a clear morning.

Sadly it was far too cloudy here up here in the North. Anyone thats interested you can download an official  auroawatch app which will send you tweets or messages when the auroa might be visible in the UK

It was far too cloudy, we also have the refinery Illuminations to compete with, a wonderful orange glow on the horizon for miles around
