Good evening all, at the weekend we ran our first game with our new WW2 Desert troops using Blitzkrieg Commander, all the figures and buildings are from Pendrakens range. I'm having trouble uploading taster pics onto this post but I do have plenty of pictures on my blogg of the action so if you fancy checking it out click on the following link,

Nice models and a nice looking game  :)

A few more low ridges will soon break the terrain up, they only need to be slightly higher than a tank to be a major feature  ;)

Nice looking game and troops - great period. Everything is just on the cusp of being "not cr4p" which can make things interesting with very few places to easily hide...

Nothing wrong with cr4p tanks in the desert, just ask my Western Desert Force and Italians in 1940  ;)

Really early North Africa is probably my favourite bit :D When the MkVI Light is a credible MBT you know you're in for some interesting games :D

Looks like an awesome game!

I would like to do the desert stuff, but i'm still stuck in normandy and market garden, and will probably do something with snow first. (I bought about 60 snow covered trees last christmass, so i might as well put them to good use  ;D
