Looking for wagons for my August 1914 BEF & German armies' engineers in 10/12mm - anyone seen any likely suspects?
Suppose it's to much to hope for actual engineer figures? Oh, well - more conversions.........

Hello ianjgow

The probable best fit would be GR35 4 wheel general service wagon with team.

For engineer figures I have used the ones from the Franco Prussian war range, these are bare headed, in shirt sleeves with pick and shovel.

Both the WWII wagon and the engineers are very useful:

Bare headed and in shirt sleeve order is all you need for an Engineer unit in the field. An officer or NCO in service dress and cap/helmet will help national recognition.  Engineers had also responsibility for chemical warfare as well as mining duties- mental image of 10mm figures digging holes deep into wargame table. :)

Love the redoubt, DP. And the determination of the sappers - digging away in the face of an enemy assault! Great stuff.  :)
