A WIP of a painting competition entry, using this model:

Fantasy - Amazons - FA8 Heroine

More info. on the blog. Probably can't include the finished piece on this forum's competition as I'm going to use another company's model to convert as the newly decapitated corpse at her feet.

Rimmer: "Well, we didn't use it all, Lister. Who did?"

Lister: "Rimmer, aliens used our bog roll?"

Very nice painting. Like the subject matter.

Just Googled the tat...just a passing interest you understand. It cost her £14,000 and took 55 hours.

(You'll have to excuse me, I can't write in proper Geordie.)
Imagine the situation:

C: Just gi'us a quick tat, wood ya luv. A lil rose'll do.
T: Just lie 'ere, pet, on this nice comfortable bed. I'll do you good job.

55 hours later C wakes up after a long sleep.

C: Whyayy(?) man, my a**e is sore, what the bl**dy hell ha you done ta it?
Looks in strategically placed mirror.
C: AAAARRRGGGHHH! Wot the f**k 's that?
T: The tat you asked for, pet.
C: I said a lil rose, not a whole a**e of 'em.
T: Well, I think it's very fetching.
C: How much?
T: That'll be 14,000 punds, pet.
C: AAARRRGGGHHH!!!

When you look like her, why would you? I mean, why would you? There's nowt so queer as folk.
When you realise we're all mad, life makes a lot more sense.
