Thanks for the encouragement guys, much appreciated.

Can I appeal to the Pendraken Gods for the swift release of mounted Dragoons and Generals/Command, please  :D

Excellent stuff. Dragoons, definitely needed.

Only trouble with dragoons in this period is that you have to do them dismounted too.  :(
When you realise we're all mad, life makes a lot more sense.

LOA 17(?) already provides the dismounted Dragoons for the French.

No problem for the dismounted dragoons, I already have 4 units of dismounted dragoon, 3 French, 1 Allied......for my collection they are only 20 figures strong, 5 per base.

Just need their horse riding brothers!

Bunny

Another Danish Regiment, this time the Foot Guards, I love their golden yellow coats!

Bunny

After doing a few allied foot regiments I needed to even up on the French....So here is Regiment Vermandois.

I think I have purchased all the figures I need, for now...except mounted dragoons but they will be coming soon, wont they??????

Steve J

Lovely work once again 8).

fred.

More great work - do like the Danish Guard.

Are you painting units for a particular battle / war?

And is it about time for a group shot - flicking back through the thread you have painted loads of stuff in well under a year.

Fantastic work  Bunny. You, Mad Lemmey and myself have all gone for the same basing. We should try and get them on the same table some time.
I'm in full agreement re Dragoons....need them....really need them, mounted dismounted in cap and hat  :'(

Buy plenty of Matron's sculpts now!

If he keeps using the chainsaw, the value of his work will soon go up.

Fred, no particular battle in mind just collecting French and Allied armies for the Nine Years War period.

I hope to end up with about 12 Infantry regiments and  9/10 cavalry regiments per side, I just over half way through! lol
