Went to bed last night at 8:30 feeling rough.
Spent most of the night tossing and turning, woke up at five feeling like I'd been kicked in the nuts and I'd been gargling sandpaper!
Oh, and the upstairs toilet dripping through to the kitchen!
Not the best morning ever,blòóðý kids xmas cold! -:)

Hope your feeling a bit better

We got up for showers and couldnt turn the water off so its been running for about 5 hours...plumber is off to get a new bit for it that has broken
If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

Why do 'things' seem to break down, or go wrong, when it's harder to get hold of folk to help get them sorted ?

About 10 years ago our emersion heater blew up on Christmas Eve...Oh what fun that was
If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

Yeah sitting here feeling yuk as well...thought I had a migraine coming on but it seems to have gone

So far, for the first time in 4 years, my annual bug seems to have held off.  I did go down with something a few weeks back, so maybe that was it coming early.

And to update on the car battery, I got it out, connected it up to the charger, flicked the plug on, and.... the charger's broke.

Oh dear. :(
Can you borrow a charger from a neighbour or friend.
Then at least you could tell if the old battery's completely dead.

I'll take the battery down to work with me tomorrow and ask the garage next door to check it for us.
