Here are some pics of the Legion d'Antibes, which form part of my Pontifical Army for the Risorgimento. The Legion was formed from French Imperial recruits in the service of the Pope and were part of the battle of Mentana (1867).

Those are really nice!
Please forgive my ignorance, but from which range are these minis?

Shedman

Lovely paint-jobs - I look forward to seeing more of these

With the exception of the officer (FPW), they are all from the War of the Pacific range. From my resources, the Legion d'Antibes wore older French uniforms and wore havelocks in the field. The Pontifical army is a colorful one, looking forward to the Swiss Carabineers (Esteri Carabaineri).

Great skill as a painter here, well done Street, another tour de force.
Don't buy your daughters a pony, buy them heroin instead, its cheaper and ultimately less addictive.

Leon

These are really nice, excellent shades and highlighting.

I like it, but I really don't know about the base sides in black. Maybe a brown would fit more ?

Nicely done Sir, Great brush work and some really nice base work to set them off.

The black base edges make a unit stand out from the terrain, I know people have their own thoughts on edge colours but I do like the black my self.

Keep up the good work

Andy

Awesome work!! the legion d'antibes minis, are they by any chance SAP2?

Subedai

I really like those although personally I'm not overly keen on the height of the bases. The black lining is fine for the same reasons as andymac wrote above.
