Having read various glowing reviews of BKC - I bought the rules  - but they don't seem to have a mechanism for Tank Killer teams

In the Winter War where the Finns were very adept at destroying tanks with lumps of wood stuck in the tracks, molotov coctails, bound sticks of dynamite, can somebody advise how to play this - how do you knock out a T26 or T28?

Thanks

Look at the Close Assault rules and the Close Assault stats for infantry/assault engineers and the relevant tanks. If you assault from the side or rear where they can't see you, you have a pretty good chance of knocking them out.

Also try and suppress the tank before you assault it and make sure as few units as possible can support it

BKC is for playing at a bigger level, so representing small teams is difficult, but not impossible. Yo can create a unit with high AT profile and low AP profile, and play with a 1:1 scale.

Hi Whiteoak

Check out infantry unit (Assault Troops), 1 unit per 1000pts but close assault 5!

So If you assault the T28 (on the flank would be good) with Assault Troops and 3 squads of regular infantry, it will get armour saves but it will most likely die as it only has 4 hits.

(5 Dice for the Assault Troops, +1 for assaulting enemy +1 for flank +3 for support units with 10cm)
The trick is to get them close enough, worth giving all you units ski's at only 10pts each.

Never argue with an idiot; He'll drag you down to his level and beat you by experience.

AT capability of infantry is built into their stats and as others have mentioned tanks close to infantry without infantry support are easily overwhelmed in close assault
