Well, what can I say, the Admirals are returning to the scenario once more on the 19th November.
These home grown rules have been used, abused and enjoyed for many a year now.
If you fancy a spell on the briny sea then there are captains seats available.
You pays your money and makes a choice, or in this case you don't pay as the first 3 playing visits to the club are free.

Meanwhile the rest of the club will be playing a 3 round ADLG tourney.

Doors open at 9:30 and we will be going strong (or just about packing up) at 4:40.

Checkout the clubs Facebook pages to get a feel for what goes on.

We are still here, and you can get a flavour of the games we play from the Clubs Facebook pages.
Lately we have been playing a lot of Lion Rampant and Chain of Command, but there is a lot more going on.
10mm Franco Prussian War, FoG Ancients, Hellboy, Bolt Action, Tomahawks and Drums to name but a few.

Sounds like a lot of fun going on over the pond.

Washington, A1(M) motorway service station used to be a standard overnight stop on the annual Scottish coach trip to the Nationals in Derby.

That was a while ago.

Never mind pet. You can but dream.

Dreaming on the A1 is a dangerous pastime.
You could end up meeting the Angel of the North, face to face.

Covid 19 has seen us scuppered as have all clubs.

As we are mostly, but not all, of an age so I suppose its sensible.

I'll update when we expect to resume hostilities.

Sorry to hear that, I think most of the clubs we know have had to shut their doors for the timebeing.  Hopefully we'll all get through this soon and things can get back to normal.
