WIP contaminated mutant KrakenMan

For my next sculpt i wanted to do something humanoid and herosized.

After some brainwork i stumbled upon an old villian.

I first started with a rough sketch...

(the thing in the right hand is supposed to be a flame, hope the miniature will reflect this better)

the lower robe is finished,

beginning with the arms,

removed the staff, so it is easier to get to all places...

in the background you see my first attempt at the head

... hmm :-\ at the moment the miniature looks like some wraith or headless ghost  :)

worked on the arms and the back yesterday evening...

added some shoulder pads...

had the idea, that the sleeves should expand towards the hands, like some sorcerers robe

some more pictures...

have to think about about the staff  :-\
