Hi Leon,

Any plans set for a dedicated Italian CTV range to compliment the SCW lineup?

Thanks,

Christian

Hello
I think Cfeicht is talking about an expeditionary force which was sent to Spain :

Hurrah

There is WW2 regular Italians and WW1 Italians in (Adrian) Helmets already.

The 65mm gun is in the WW1 range.
IP7  in the WW1 range I would suspect would be the commercial Krupp derived gun (rather a universal peice), rather than the unusual looking split trail cavalry gun with the wierd looking counterweight over the barrel (can anyone confirm that?)

Between them the only missing parts would seem to be:

45mm Mortar (a glorious peice of over engineering)
Lancia IZM armoured Car.
20mm aa gun (either a Scotti or Fiat-Revelli).

Excellent idea. I didn't know that the WWI Italians wore Adrian helmets. Thanks for the useful pointers!

We'll be adding these at some point, but I've added the votes.

Well, I have italian miniatures from both ranks, and you must be careful because the italians in the SCW used the adrian helmet (the Littorio used the new M33 helmets) but wit uniforms similar to those used in the WW2. The WW1 uniform has banana tipe shoulder straps, not present in the WW2 uniforms.

So, there is cause for a CTV specific figure (which would also be very useful for some generic-ish adrian helmeted force somewhere else?)

I think that with the current ww2 and ww1 ranges, the CTV is covered.
Only problems will be the 45mm mortar, and other things that we have asked in other posts.
