As the summer sun wanes it's time to take a look at some shiny new goodies ready for your autumn projects!


New 20mm & 28mm Terrain items!



Following on from the 15mm releases last month, we're back with some more new Ironclad terrain items, this time covering 20mm and 28mm options.  These are mainly handy little clutter type items, like oil drums, crates, ruins, debris and more.

T-72s now available!



We previewed these quite a long time ago now so the Modern Vehicles finally get some reinforcements!  We've got seven different variants of the T-72 available, with many of these still in active service, most notably in the ongoing Russo-Ukraine War.

Litko WWII Faction tokens available!



We're continuing to add more of the excellent Litko items to our website and this month we've got a selection of their WWII Printed Faction Tokens.  Covering the UK, USA, Germans and Soviets, these will come in handy for all types of WWII games.

PPWR & EU News



Many of you will have seen the recent legislation updates within the EU, concerning the recycling of product packaging (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation).  These changes require all businesses (both EU and external) to register and declare the amount of packaging that you are importing into the EU each year.

Frustratingly, there is no single system to do this, so registration is required with every country that you want to do business into.  There are also significant registration and declaration costs which have to be paid, either annually or as a one-off.  The worst quote we've had so far was 950 Euros per country, totalling almost £25,000 just to continue as we are now!  A more reasonable quote was still £2500 just to access our seven most popular destination countries.

The EU have temporarily halted imposing penalties on non-compliance to give people and businesses a bit of time to figure this all out, but this is only for a few weeks.  We're still investigating options here and we'll hopefully have some good news soon.  We want to be able to keep supplying all of your wargaming goodies so we'll do whatever we can to make this as easy and seamless as possible.  For the timebeing, you can keep ordering as normal and we'll update as soon as we have more information.

After our break from the shows this year, we'll be back on the circuit for 2027!  We've contacted the various show organisers and we'll update our Events page as we get confirmations back from them.


28mm Beyond Boreas!



Our new 28mm Fantasy range, Beyond Boreas, was launched through Kickstarter in June and we're shipping all of the packages out today!  As soon as those have been sent we'll have the ranges added to the website, so keep an eye out for these appearing early next week.


Next month will see some more releases, with a whole load of new 10mm terrain along with both the biggest and smallest releases we've ever done...!

Annoying. I was hoping to pick up the new starter set for 1490 Doom, maybe at Colours next week.

I was planning on doing my ww2 Normandy Campaign project into phases but when I heard the news I recently ordered everything I will need for Crossfire. Right now I will go and look into what I will be needing for Chain of Command and O-Group.

I'll see if I can contact a representative or something; although I have no clue who is mine.

I'm confident that we'll be able to find a solution here, within the next two weeks I think.  I also have a feeling that the EU will have to roll-back some of this as the impact has been a lot greater than I think they were expecting.  Apparently Amazon have raised a complaint themselves as it's going to impact a lot of their sellers/sales.
