It isn't widely known, but when the Master of the Knights Templar wished to send an urgent message to Richard the Lionheart, the knight who bore the letter would remove his white surcoat, leaving his armour exposed to the ferocious Syrian sun. This motivated him to gallop fast before he was roasted in the own armour.

The method of communication was known as hot mail.

They tended to use messengers from Yorkshire, who would say "eee, mail."
I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.

So presumably when Eleanor of Aquitaine sent Richard a portrait of his bride to be, she hoped it was Virgin Media.

I've been with Virgin Media since forever and the two or three times I've had to use their customer service they've been excellent.

Have I just been lucky?
There are 100 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who can work from incomplete data

Clearly you've never tried to leave - Virgin Media fined after hanging up on customers trying to cancel contracts.
