Army Builder Issues (Aka, I Wish to File a Complaint)

Hey folks. I've been trying to use the official Army Builder and I wouldn't describe the experience kindly. Instead of focusing on it in details, I'm instead going to keep this short.

The PDF exporter isn't working, it takes me to a dead webpage. Is there a work around?

Would there be a way to send a bug report/feedback to the devs? Because there isn't one on the webpage and that feedback might be useful to them.

If possible please include a "Forgot Password" function on the front page of the login, I had a ton of errors that the website gave me when I was signing up, and it made logging in a nightmare.


There are a lot of other issues, and not great experiences involving the signing up process to both the army builder and the forums here, and as some one who's looking into trying the game, that can be a major turn off for people, driving away newer players. I get that things break, and y'all have had issues with hacking and spamming attempts in the past, but I think it's a little to much of a Walled Fortress to access now.

I do love the 10 pound flat charge, that's a nice change of pace from subscription services, but if I'm paying any amount of money, I'd like the service to be a little more functional please.

Thanks for the feedback and apologies for any trouble you've had there.  The PDF exporter should be working as normal but I've just had a check and it's not working for me either.  I'll ask the webguy to take a look at that for us asap.

We also need to add a Forgotten Password link on there.
