Gentlemen,

As fellows of taste, who laugh at the modern 'man' and his effete ways, I require advice.

Sometime I need to carry things during a evening out. Nothing much, for instance if I go straight from work I have a key chain and pouch.  Any suggestions what I can use - I don't really want a whole sports bag.

Thanks.
I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.

Look for a messenger bag. Choose size to suit. I've had mine for years - bought at BHS of all places.

I have something similar myself, although I think that mine is actually a lap-top computer bag.
It's light brown canvas-like material with a goodly number of pockets.

Cool. Not seen those before.

An alternative search option would be "gas mask case", and you end up with what Indiana Jones has in Raiders and Last Crusade.

So . . . what did you go for - if anything - in the end?

Last Hussar

Nothing yet. Had a heart attack instead. Not sure it was a correct choice.

Perhaps you should get a large rucksack and carry a de-fib machine around with you - just in case

Probably enough just to hint that there might be.

Given I'm not allowed to carry anything at the moment,  think I'll give this a miss.

Hi all, just so you know (not that you care!) I've found what I'm looking for.

It's about the size of a rugby ball (obviously without the pointy ends) main compartment,  with small interior zipped compartment,  and another pouch zipped on outside. Has a handle,  and shoulder strap.

£12 from Primark.
