Shame it's all AI though!  I'd love to see Arnie back as Conan, he's still in great shape for his age but might need to play the wise old king at this point.

Having eagerly awaited the first movie as a teenager, being a big fan of the books at the time, this film does look good visually (Thugra Khotan look-alike in there ?) and hard to believe it is AI generated!

If it ever gets made and if it is on a platform I have access to I shall have to watch it wearing this, that I got from Rapier Miniatures   :)

Is NOTHING in those clips real ?...All CGI and
finished off with/by AI ?

I think the whole thing is AI, no real actors/scenes/dialogue at all.

It's noticeable how little physical movement there is. 'Arnie' at one point is giving an impassioned speech,  but there is virtually no bodily movement below the neck.
