Mary Rand (86). Britain's first ever female gold medallist in track & field at the Olympics, winning the long jump at the 1964 Tokyo games, breaking the world record in the process. Also picked up a silver in the inaugural women's pentathlon and a bronze as part of the 4x100m relay team.
