Thanks for the gen on the F82, guys...I've found a fun set of Skirmish rules as well, its called One Hour Skirmish Wargames by John Lambshead. Its designed for 1 figure = 1 man on a small table, but I have adapted them to do a 25mm Viking/Saxon game, and a 15mm Modern Africa scenario (Lumbago Civil War), where one base of 3 figures replaces 1 figure. Worth a look if you fancy a NK or PVA raid or similar.
