All,

Well what do we have here, it's another force I bought off Ebay from King's Colours, of course!  I must admit, whilst I enjoy painting, it's pretty damn cool to get a box in the mail, open it up, and pull out a force that you're immediately able to jump into a game with.  Now I just gotta get jumping into games with them!

This was definitely an impulse buy; I'm not really that crazy about Fall of France, can't see myself really playing it out, over and over.  As a matter of fact, when I decided to do it with my Kampfgruppe Klink it was the first time I'd ever considered playing Fall of France, and when KG Klink was done with it, I figured I was too.  But I saw these guys on Ebay for what seemed a reasonable price, and I'd been collecting early war Germans, and it seemed like you could pit these guys against some early war Germans for some pretty balanced games, and I immediately began picturing my boys going at each other in some Fall of France games, with me umpiring, so I couldn't help but pull the trigger.  Then, to top it all off, another gentleman on Ebay just happened to be selling several light tanks for a very reasonable price, so I scooped those up, too.  I even ordered a 3D printed armored car, though it's languishing on the painting table, primed in green...

French leadership.

Four light machine guns of the FM 24/29 Chatellerault variety.

A trio of NCOs.

The anti-tank gun.  25mm gun, so cute! ;)

And the leviathan, the Char B1 bis tank.

All in all a great deal, ready to hit the table.

The Fall of France is on my 'to play' list, as I have enough British and Germans, bar a few small units that need painting up. Some French would of course be nice, especially their tanks with their very cool camo schemes!

Steve - Cool, looking forward to it.  AFTER your Canadians in Normandy, of course ;)

Thanks Will!
