Just re-discovered this, something I was working on ~8 years ago. Not complete as you can see - ran out of inspiration for the Ironborn Raiders - and largely un-tested. I suspect that there are lots of problems with the min/max figures.

... and now you've got me wondering about my Lizardmen dressed as Haradrim Warmaster reskin.

Mumakil instead of Stegadons, Crebain instead of Terradons, Riders on a mix of horses and camels instead of Cold Ones and so on.

I'm glad to see my Albion list doing service for the Wildlings.

I'd love to see some of these Westeros armies hit the table.

Cool stuff - did you look at figure options for the various factions?

Hah! Hours & hours & hours wastedspent looking at figures for this.

Dothraki were a disappointment. Probably want something close to Plains Indians, but with only spears & swords & bows (& maybe axes), and with no headgear. Pendraken's Mongols were another option, but they've got the iconic Mongol headgear. With bare heads they'd be useable.

Pendraken's old Greek range had a excellent figure for Unsullied - GRE6 Spartan Hoplites. I have a couple of packs of these (just in case...).

The Westeros Southern Lords would be classic GW Bretonnian. An alternative would be Pendraken Mid European Medieval, but that's quite a limited range.

The Araby range would be good for a Dornish force.

The Normans ought to be useable, but something about them just screams "1066" at me whenever I see them, so I find them hard to use as anything else. Small units of Vikings & Anglo-Saxons would probably be useful somewhere as detachments within larger armies. Or Ironborn Raiders.

The Wildings are any ancient barbarian range, preferably with lots of furs rather than bare-chested. The Night's Watch are the same, but with more black.

The men of the North would also be Mid European Medieval, with Irish and/or Scots added from other ranges.

The forces of King's Landing and the Faith Militant would probably come from Pendraken's European Late Medievals.

In summary, there are lots of figures I could use, but some of them will be not be quite match what I see in my head, so compromises  :( . Dothraki were the main ones I just couldn't find figures for.

That's yours, is it? Brilliant. I do like that list.

Good work!

TB Line might offer some more options for Dorne, but I don't think anything particularly Dothraki. And there are more early knights to use for Westeros.

I'm not sure if there are any 3d printed options now - I don't immediately recall any - but on the other hand haven't really thought about Westeros armies for some time.
