What size - i.e./ length and width - is the Hussite war wagon? Are the artillery wagons the same size? I need to establish what size "footprint" base the war wagons require. Thanks in advance 😉

I'm hoping that (just) the war wagon will fit on a 40mm base. I intend to have the horses based separately.

Cheers,

Geoff😎

The wagon is about 30x15mm

The canon wagon is the same size

With the horses they fit on to a 50x25mm base nicely

So yes the wagon itself will fit on a 40mm base

Excellent news Sir. That's good.
Thanks for the swift response. I almost said "you've played a blinder" - but then thought that was perhaps an (unintended) reference to the famed Hussite commander Jan Zizka.

Thanks again 👏👏

Happy to help - happened to see your post when I was sat just near the drawer with my wagons in!

I'm old enough to remember when, to the English, it was written as Ziska.

Was that the generation which conscientiously informed English readers that a Landsknecht was a "Lance Knight"?

Pretty sure I don't have any of those figures - so would be a low chance!

I'm not 100% sure what you mean. The English are pretty much infallible, so ...
Alternatively, we are also bl00dy lazy when it comes to learning foreign languages (although we have appropriated many of their words).

Cheers,
