Hi all, picked up a copy of Cold War Commander at Warfare. So I am thinking of starting another wargaming period which no doubt I will never finish. I was wondering what Vallejo colours people use for BAOR and Soviet AFV's. Thinking Russian Green works for the Brits with a charcoal type mix for the DP. I have looked at images but such a variation. Yes that should answer my question but any views would be welcome.

Olive drab, sepia wash, olive drab highlights, then further highlights with army green.
Bleach cammo and then dark grey central highlight.
Then obliterate everything with mud.

I think finishing a period is overrated - get to a playable state, then allow for gradual and sporadic ongoing expansion
