Welcome Graham :-h

Thanks Scott, I've managed to resist the additional temptation you've been helping generate, so far...  :-SS

Scott,
Well done sponsoring these and yes Marines can be easily covered from existing figures I was thinking more of just a few naval gun crew and sailors! However I did think some militia artillery crew would be useful, I only say that because I'm converting some at the moment 😃

Graham, it is only a matter of time before that resolve breaks down!

Thanks Graham. I started buying from the range years ago, but my interests moved on, in part because I wanted more codes. Recently I was in the fortunate position to have some extra cash and I thought why not!

I will chat to Clib and see if we can come up with a crew that would look like militia or naval crew. Am thinking shirtsleeves, breeches, bareheads and tricornes. They could be the crew for the proposed grasshopper gun but could also serve other guns. A landing party might be an option as well, I think you mentioned that.

Watch this space!

Meant to say, there are naval guns in the British SYW codes and the small pirate range might give you some options.

I'd noticed the naval guns I could most probably look at the pirates although being traitorous I noticed Newline do some 10mm naval crew 😳
Always happy to chip in for extras

Hi Graham, I dropped a note to Clib. Let us see where we can take this and thanks for that offer! I suspect with recent message from Leon work on new items might be defer for a bit, but it is possible that Clib might do the greens anyway if he has capacity. Leave it with me!

Should add had no idea Newline did 10 mm. Will take a look, purely out of interest you know....

Scott,
Excellent. Yes Newline have had a limited 10mm range for a while

I am very (very) tempted by these.
I am not usually into 'uniformed' era stuff but these, and the limited nature of the conflict are very appealing indeed.

First, thanks Scott for sponsoring the range.

Maybe some indians would be worth consideration ...?

There are some rather nice looking Indians in the "French & Indian Wars" range; not sure if they would suitable for some of the nations or not.

My pleasure Maciek! Glad you like them. More releases being worked on which should be of interest. As for Indians, I echo the comments of DHautpol. The FIW Indians should work just fine, styles had not changed much, at least as regards the non-Christianised tribes. Stockbridge Indians might have had a different look. I must now check!

Latest sculpts added through sponsorship.

Landing Party of Naval ratings.
These are intended for all navies so have been kept fairly generic. Mostly in short sailor's jackets, a few trusted men armed with muskets.

Artillery crews in shirt sleeves.
Can be used for militia artillery, but could also be mixed with uniformed crews to increase variety, particularly among American crews.

More stuff is in the pipeline, first of which will be a galloper gun, currently on my drawing board.

An AWI naval landing party? Hmmmm very tempted to recreate some small scale actions out of a very good book series I have read with some of these guys...

Put the new AWI stuff on the watch list pending release of the figures..... just looking Paul R  ;)

Thanks for creating this range Clib....l have some of your League of Ausburg figures which are very impressive.
