Hi all,

Its been a long time since I've had new stuff to post here, but Leon contacted me with a forum member request for an add-on to the AWI range, and I had the time to do it. They are British infantry in skirmishing poses. Round hats, short coats, overall trousers.
I think these are the first 10mm I've done since maybe the LoA dragoons? When  I broke out some old greens to get the size consistent what struck me was "Damn these things are tiny!" I actually doubted I could sculpt something this small again. After about half an hour I got back into the mindset for it, and it was pretty smooth after that.

Hope you like them.

Hah! you can't fool me, those are 28mm ..... aren't they .... folks ..... somebody tell me they aren't 10mm :D

Brill as ever, Clib.

Let's tick it off shall we?

  • They're from the AWI, which falls into my interest dead spot between Marlborough and the First Empire.
  • They are in "active" poses which imho do not look good on the approach march
  • They are all kneeling or lying down, a good century and a quarter before this can be countenanced.

They're never going to get on my table, but that doesn't stop me appreciating that they are really, really beautiful.  =D> =D> =D> =D> =D>
Would make a great basis for a skirmish game.
