I'm also pretty sure TtS will give a 'better' game than DBxx but we have quite a few armies based for DBxx and mainly know the rules...

Perhaps when TtS II comes out we can overcome the inertia

For what it is worth TtS! is a great set of ancient/medieval rules (IMHO), as of course FK&P is for the ECW. Both sets have certainly reinvigorated my wargaming over the last few years. With the grids, basing of course doesn't really matter and figures based for DBxx should be fine. I suspect though that a second version of TtS! is some years away.
