Yes, sorry you will need to wait a bit longer.

Both Paul and I have been subjected to large doses of real life drama in recent days which severly impact the time we have available to spend on the hobby. We're OK but are both dealing with separate issues at the moment.

Hopefully normal service will be resumed shortly.

Nothing too serious for me, just over a week ago I was made redundant due to Covid-19

Job hunting is taking up time and energy that I would prefer to spend on this project ;)

Thanks. My mother passed away peacefully last week. She was 90 and had a good life. Originally from Edinburgh she had lived in NZ for many years but she was rightly always very proud of her Celtic origins. She was where l got my interest in the wars of the 3 kingdoms from. Of course she'll be greatly missed but the family moves on. I have taken on role of family "historian" so have quite a trove of family history stuff to go through.

I feel ready to get back to doing some gaming 🙂

Family history can be an interesting one, can occasionally throw up some surprises and interesting connections.

Indeed. My neighbour discovered he was adopted, his mother having the same surname as me and both of us having Alexander as our middle names - yet otherwise we found no family connection (recent at any rate).

And good luck, Paul. Hope something turns up soon but if not, keep faith in yourself and it will happen. It's not your fault and you are as good as you ever were.
