With the release of more Greeks impending, I decided to try a smaller battle this afternoon (I love retirement sometimes!): just a few Greek and Thracian troops on each side. It led to a draw, with the hoplite shoving matches being very protracted. Both sides had rotten luck at times, and the end result was a double withdrawal, with Persia claiming a victory.

My Rhodian mercs did sweet Phaedra Antigone, but sang the Ying Tong song in four-part harmony....
