Only reason I paint is to get the figures on the table as fast as I can -  so I can play with them  

Same with skulpting... if there`s a figure I need but which isn`t on any list I can buy.... I make it myself.

In all seriousness if its a comp. for a prize anyone should be able to enter IMO yes it means that the same people may win time and time again.  But if you say people X Y and Z cant win because they are amazing.  Then after a while do the people who are better and winning then get banned and so on.

I understand the reasons behind wanting to limit the field i just disagree.
