OK boys, since Col. Megamatman's last move, "la balle est dans notre camp".
So, how will we call ourselves ?

Well, a "Tiens voilà du boudin !" forum section could easily welcome every nationality, but still remain french speaking.
This seem a very good idea.

So ? Will the FFL (Forum's Foreign Legion) flock around this banner ?

Will there be a Yorkshire forum?

Can you provide evidence they speak a language over there? Any language?

Thomas Trolljaeger

Ahem. It's not that I have no consideration whatsoever for the people of Yorkshire, who no doubt suffer terribly under English occupation, but fot now, I would like to try to repair a wrong in another matter.

A bit upset by Google inability to translate correctly "boudin", I've taken matters in my own hands.
So, for today's meal, I prepared some and have taken a picture. So, gentlemen, tiens, voilà du boudin !

As you can notice, the french boudin noir should not be mistaken for any kind of dessert.
It ressembles indeed british black pudding, but should definitely not be translated as "pudding" for short.

It should, however, have a sausage-like shape, but unfortunately mine has blown apart in my pan, while I was busy with some Pendraken skeletons. Alas, sometimes, mixing pleasures don't lead to the best.

Talking about pleasure, and to be really exhaustive with this topic, "Boudin" in argotic french also means "Not really pretty girl".

I was born in Harrogate, so the Yorkshire force is strong in this one!
