Hi,
Here's my first 10mm project, based on the Dark Souls video game series.
It's the army of Lordran, land of the ancient lords, that's fallen under the curse of the undeath...

Hordes: Skeletons with necromancer (in the back holding his skull lantern).

Blades: Capra demons with undead dogs

Warband: Serpent soldiers
(They're actually lizards, but both are reptiles, so close enough?)

Sneakers: Darkwraith

Looking good, and welcome to the Forum!

Absolutely love those skellies; welcome aboard  :)
Buy plenty of Matron's sculpts now!

If he keeps using the chainsaw, the value of his work will soon go up.

Thanks for your comments! Pendraken seems ideal for this sort of project, as you can order different figures in small numbers.
Here's a couple of more. This is the opposing army, (the kingdom of?) Astora. The game doesn't tell you much about them, except that it's the land of royalty and noble knights, so I imagined some units.

Riders: Cavalry, carrying the blue-golden banner of Astora

It's very easy to paint dark armour over a black basepaint.
