Thanks Leon - I think they'll be fine as Fuzzy /Beja stand-ins - some as they are, and some with a bit of hairiness added...excellent!  8)

One thing that I'd like that'd be easy in all the colonial ranges (Sudan, Zulu, etc) is British foot officers in a separate pack so we can more easily vary organisation without ending up with lots of spare infantry. Just the existing figures in a pack of say 5 or 10.

We can do those for you, no problem.  Odd numbers of any figures in our ranges can be done, just let us know what you need.

So are there any new colonials in the works?

Not at the moment, just the Turks and Arabs for WWI.  I've got some stuff from the requests though, which I'll be trying to fit in before the end of the year.

Just as a point of interest, I'm using some of your Mahdist swordsmen as Iayalars in my Ottoman Turkish army. Helped by the fact that I've never been able to find any record of what the chaps actually looked like.  ;)
I don't drink coffee to wake up. I wake up to drink coffee.

Lovely jubbly :D Been thinking ahead to 2011 and wargaming plans and was looking at the lovely FIW range. May well go this route for POW rules but was concerned that I would have large surpluses of foot as only nine figures are needed per unit.

Good to know i can 'request' this ;)
I don't think my wife likes me very much, when I had a heart attack she wrote for an ambulance.

Just adding my vote for :
1. A Gardner gun
2. Fuzzy-Wuzzy camelry
3. Fuzzy Wuzzy with rifle

Also, in addition : Camel pack artillery (NW11 with camels instead of mules)

Captain Verbeek

I am using the Zulu gardner it works.  I am going with the thread suggestion earlier for the fuzzy's with guns.  But would love to see some fuzzy camelry.

Hi I just like to second Big Pauls suggestion of dead & wounded. Possibly some generic to the colonial period as I'm doing the NWF and I would like not to leave my tommies to ......

"When you're wounded and left on Afghanistan's plains,
And the women come out to cut up what remains"

Cheers for those requests!
