Don't have the rules to hand....but can you please advise -

When a Command Unit gets caught in Artillery or Aircraft firing zones....does it take hits rolled against AT or AP? Possibly AT as Commands have an intrinsic Save?

Many thanks

I am away at present, so will need to check for certain, upon my return, but as you state AP seems logical.
Its a bit abstract with Command units as they can be represented on table as AFV or soft targets, but actually represent the Command network on the battkefield, but AP seems sensible.
