I logged in this afternoon, and used the shortcut on my browser to go to Pendraken , I got the picture below.
I have used this bookmark for years, and the links on top work fine.
I have Norton antivirus as supplied by my internet provider.
If I do a new google search for Pendraken Miniatures the anti virus confirms the link is ok, but i still get the page below.
If I enter the url direct into google I get the same

Any Ideas guys?

I suspect the web admin has been playing with the template library for the website and accidently hit publish....

They've maybe done it on their end and overridden whatever template it was that you were using for the site with this new one then which may have reset things.
Does seem like an issue with the site template as all your data and information still seems to be there and most of the areas are available under the new menu system etc, but it's added in a bunch of the new template boilerplate and placeholders.
It's all a plot to get at you, honest !
OK the front page is wrong but if you search on pendraken it gives the sub catalouges with an orange banner background. You intending to change that Leon...but several ranges are missing

In fact, (getting nerdy here) had a look on Wayback machine and it looks like the site was using a theme called Detour and has now been changed to Aerial. So someone somewhere has changed what theme your site is using! :-\

Long story short, the site has jumped to a different template for no apparent reason so they're going to fix it.

Yep, that's the one, I couldn't remember the name of it when I was on the phone to them. It looks like there was a weird fault in their admin login, where it took us to an onboarding page rather than our admin. There was no way to get past the onboarding so we left it for 24 hours and tried again. S
Same thing today so the only option was to answer a couple of questions (Are you new to ecommerce? Do you have an existing site? kind of thing) and get access to the orders for the day. For some reason though, it's then taken my answers to those questions and overridden everything on our site...
Why they'd have onboarding queries for someone with an active site I don't know, and why they'd try to set up a new template without any authorisation is a whole different question.

Oof, yeah sounds like something happened to reset your admin and when you've gone through the questions it picked what it thinks is the best theme to set up your "new" site with, despite you already having one already set up and in use. 🤦♂️

It always seems to be something minor that results in these massive errors. Once I'd got past the annoying questions page I'd just assumed it was something at their end and carried on with my day. It wasn't until Orcs called the shop and told me what was going on.
Hopefully they fix it soon as that's an awful orange colour!
Looks like it's back now, though I've a feeling a few buttons are different colours (I don't remember view more being green) but mostly back by the looks of it.

I think its to late to be hounded to it - I arrived at insanity some time ago. :)

But the forum button etc are missing from the bar at the top of the shop page
(I have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page now - I feel quite faint from the effort!
It does indeed seem to be back now but we're missing a few things like those header buttons. Let me know if you spot anything else and I'll send them a list of fixes.
