Has anyone experience of the above figures ? Would they work visually with WW1 British in helmets (BP2) in terms of style and size?
I was thinking of them over SC1 Egyptians but happy to take advice :)
I have these figures
Have a look in my painting diary for some photos.
I'll see if I have chance later to photo them next to some British figures - but my instinct is they will work fine together.
Thanks Fred! :)
Some photos
Overall I'd say these match well size wise.
There are some close up photos of the figures in this thread http://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,10433.msg126925.html#msg126925
The case for the defence rests!
Thanks for taking the hassle to post Fred. :)
Glad they helped - fortunately with my newly sorted out storage they were easy to find.

"Easier to find"- the bane of my figure collection! Like the way you have proxied in US officer figure. I have done the same and painted the helmet with a lick of Green Stuff to create sandbag cover & help blend.
Your attention to bases also is a lesson in WW1 history. The Tirailleurs still have a scad of green field about them, whilst the late Brits are on war scarred soil. Tells it own sad story in a powerful way,
If it is a US officer figure in with the British, its by accident. I'm not aware that I've even bought US WWI figures - but a lot of my WWI figures came from wins on forum comps - so who knows what I might have asked for!
Yes, the basing is very deliberate, I do wonder if I have overdone the mud on the late war bases, it makes everything very dark. And whilst there are definitely periods / regions where this basing is right, I'm not sure how universal it was.
