Navwar used to have a Renaissance Galley Warfare rules set, but I never bought it before they sold out. They have said they were thinking of a reprint but didnt know when.

I have been using a simple set for Triremes, I could send you a PDF if you would like to look see if you could use it for Renny? Just email me off forum and I will send.
