Properly deserved!

Though I am surprised there isn't a clone spare to pick up the cup.

Good stuff. How many people voted overall in the poll?

Well deserved! Congratulations!

Though, to be fair, I've had good service and excellent figures from other companies too, in the past year.

Although I agree with Pendraken being the best 10mm company how may others have a dedicated forum?...I think Kallistra has got one up and running recently but cant think of any others

Gentlemen and Maries of the Forum!

This is a time for unalloyed joy! Yes, Mr Ithoriel, you have had good service from other companies, and they came 2nd or third (and by the way, a shame on you for not following the One True Path consistently), becuase Pendraken, overall is the best. Mr Fenton, is Pendraken not the best partially because it has a Forum? We may be the almons in the Pendraken Toblerone, but do we not give them constant feedback which they react to? - even if it does take a while sometimes. They maintain a dialogue which is the essence of good customer service.

Gentlemen and Maries of the Forum, the grand enterprise that is Pendraken deserves that award for the good, honest work that all there have done. There are others out there, but today they stand in the shade of Pendraken. There is no achievement where there is no struggle, and today we should just applaud the achievement of the best 10mm manufacturer as voted by the people who use the products.

(I think we said 3 Centurions didn't we Leon?)

Sadly, fsn, Pendraken do not yet make miniatures of every item we, the cherries in the Pendraken madeira cake, might desire and so we are driven to purchase items from other companies. Some of whom did not even appear in the top three, but who none the less delivered good service (though not quite on a par with Pendraken) and excellent figures (not noticeably worse than Pendraken ones but part of tiny ranges unlike the breadth and depth of the Pendraken portfolio).

In short, Pendraken are, in my humble opinion, worthy winners but that should not detract from our appreciation of the efforts and offerings of other manufacturers.

Uh oh, I agree with you again. And rivers flow uphill and salmon sing in the streets.

Don't worry. Companies that make colonial Victorian stuff usually cover other, earlier fields anyway. But the omission of Newlines skewed the numbers, I think. They may be a company to watch.

I know they will working on converting all their Napoleonics to 10mm next then onto the Dark ages after that

Again, my point may not have been well made. I appreciate there are others out there sniffing at the Pendraken skirt, and I am very glad it is thus, but the award was to Pendraken for being the best in 2014, and that we should celebrate fully.

I'd like to thank my family, my Xbox, the neighbour's cat and finally, the woman in the sandwich shop up the road, who makes a cracking coronation chicken...

But to be serious for a moment, thanks to everyone who has voted for us this year and previously.  To be able to hang on to this award in the presence of ever increasing competition is something we're very proud of, and we're looking forward to seeing Bishop at Triples to collect our new trophy!  It will then be placed on our special shelf in the Pendraken office next to the previous year's trophy's/certificates.
