Title: Papyrus Drawing of an Arab Cavalryman, 10th century
Post by: Druzhina on 07 March 2014, 11:02:42 AM
Various drawings of an Arab Cavalryman based on a 10th century original appear in Osprey and other books. Here is an image of the original Papyrus Drawing of an Arab Cavalryman (http://warfare2.netai.net/6C-11C/Arab_Cavalryman-10th_Century_Drawing-large.htm)
Ian Heath based a reconstruction of an Arab Cavalryman (http://warfare.uphero.com/Ancient/Dark_Ages-98-99-Arab_Cavalrymen.htm) on this papyrus.
