Post by: GordonY on 23 February 2014, 11:40:26 AM
Quick question for Leon (or anyone really)

Are the Polish Winged Hussars one piece (or am I faced with sticking those damned wings on)

Wings are separate.

Don't do that. It's easy to fix them on with superglue, then reinforce with epoxy glue. If I can do it, anyone can.
(I say this through clenched teeth, since a Polish army walloped my Turks this afternoon.)

The smallest amount of green stuff or milliput with the super glue will give you a really strong bond

Make sure both the surfaces to be bonded are perfectly smooth.

EE sell liquid green stuff which really helps reinforce superglue.  Has the added advantage that you can paint it straight on out of the pot.
