Over the years I've collected a fair amount of 10mm Medieval armies, so when wanting to get a new project under way I thought hmm? will I just be getting repetitions of figs I've got in other armies.I want to use Pendraken, but I do have rather a lot of theses you see. So now that I've decided on my next army, Medieval Italian Condotta (Whoop Whoop!! cant wait to get under way with this one). after lots of looking at codes I've managed to put the whole army together with a very minimal fig repeat from my other Pendarken armies.. oh yes there's an order incoming and they said it couldn't be done :) :) :) :)

Welcome My Lord Bishop.
Did they really say it couldn't be done? I have plans and people - friends and professionals - say they shouldn't be done ... but the Voices tell me otherwise.
Its a fascinating one to do Jason. I have the start of the white company which I really need to make some progress on.
I was surprised when I researched the period that the men at arms in English companies rarely fought on horse back (the horses were too valuable) but still fought with the lance, 2 men to a lance, in a sort of armoured phalanx.

Likewise in the wars of York and Lancaster. Important to make it plain that the nobs were willing to stand and die.

Plus the fact that mounted troops launching frontal on massed longbow hadn't been too successful in the past!
Good point.
