Hi Leon,
Have you thought of doing some generic sport teams, eg Rugby players and football players in generic poses. They could be used from 1900's to present day.
Cheers
Jeff
That's one of the more random requests we've had! I'm not sure how viable those would be, as it's not something we've had mentioned before, and I've not seen them on many tables at the shows!
:-\
Well, if they're appropriately armed ...

I'm thinking of doing a 10mm War of the Worlds game, but basing it around Wigan, Lancashire and one of the things i needed was a Rugby team. I have a Rugby pitch for 10mm but no players :(

While not exactly sports people, how about a range of troops at R&R kicking a football/rugby/cricket drinking tea. sleeping against crates etc..maybe some playing musical instruments
Be perfect for the Xmas Truce

I googled rugby (despite living in a rugby mad area, I have no interest in the sport) to see what the Rugby looks like, and was pleasantly surprised ...

Id like to give this post a little bump, as one more interested party. Id love to see some footballers in 10mm!
I play a set of soccer rules (Corner Kick) from time to time, but its quite an effort to pump out 28mm teams, not only having multiple teams, but having players move around so often!
Think you guys might just have to get busy with clippers, grinder, files and green stuff.
Couldn't be that hard to do :-\
If you started off with the 8th Army figures, you'd be more than halfway there - and if you inquired of those in the know, they might give you an idea of which 8th Army figures might be the easiest to convert? ;)
You don't need many, for heaven's sake. Do 'em in 28mm. You'd want 10mm for the hordes of hooligans on the side.
