Are there any sites similar to Bayonet Strength that deal with Tanks?

Im specificaly trying to find a TO&E for a german tank regiment in NW Europe around summer 44.

The MicroMark series of Army lists would provide the info you need, as available in the 10mil shop on the BKC site.

A mid-summer Panzer Regiment in NW Europe mid-1944, roughly:
1 Panzer Battalion:
BHQ: 3x Panther
3 Companies@ CHQ: 2x Panther, 3 platoons@ 5x Panther
1 Engineer platoon: 6x Sdkfz 251/7, 3 engineer squads
1 Flak platoon: 3x Wirbelwind

1 Panzer Battalion: as above but using Panzer IVH

Variations existed, on paper each Panzer Battalion should have 4 companies each of 22 tanks , but this was rarely acheived, and the flakpanzer was usually anything but a Wirbelwind.
