Title: 10mm Bocage Mark II
Post by: sunjester on 09 November 2013, 05:10:53 PM
I've had another go at more 10mm bocage, taking into account a couple of suggestions from other posters. ;)

Looks good.

Cheap but very effective - works for me!

Looks great. I like the addition of the small trees. Pendraken do some nice small deciduous trees too, even cheaper (if you get the right size).  ;)

Good tip Mr Jester.

I have some pan scourers left over from a marriage, and tomorrow I shall sally forth and and knock over some children for their lolly sticks as you suggest.

I think that, that's worked really well.
Cheers - Phil.

Its how I did mine, but without the filler earth bank, I think I might have to steal borrow that idea for the next 15 feet of it.

They come up really well. I would suggest, though, that you consider embedding trees in them at intervals. Similar hedges in the Westcontry have them at intervals that are too regular to be other than designed.
