Before I discovered the joys of Pendraken I had gathered a large Cold War collection in 6mm (both 1/300 and 1/285th). I had a couple of timecast subway pieces in N gauge that I wanted to use as 6mm bridge "furniture". I finally decided to see what I could do with it yesterday and this is the result. Still not quite finished as I couldn't find the other guard rail so will need to go into town and I haven't decided about trees and bushes
The timecast subway entrance was used under the bridge as supports

I tried carving blue foam, but gave up on that idea so made the approach ramps from styrene

Flocked and painted

With white road markings added

And 4RTR moving over it for an idea of scale

Very nice indeed Si 8).
A real conversation piece, Si. Very neatly done. :-bd
Excellent
Do Timecast still do this piece, or the components?
Alan
Barrie from timecast said they were out of production but they still have the molds.
It isn't a single piece but each entrance set has 5 pieces: the entrance arch which you see turned through 90 degrees on the top photo and then four single pieces, the two rectangles either side and then the two angled pieces.
The TMP link indicates he will cast on request
