Title: Zulu war additions
Post by: ryman1 on 05 November 2013, 04:53:53 PM
Hi all,

I'd like to suggest an extension to the zulu war range if I may.
We have some wonderful figures available to us (certainly the best available in 10mm), but I think zulu's could do with another few figures, perhaps a fig in a shooting pose, one with captured tunic/accroutments, a couple of Natal native contingent, a kneeling pose for the brits?
It's my chief interest and I'd love to be able to field forces with greater a greater variety of figures, what say you folks?

Cheers

Ry

Can I point out that in addition to Pendraken there are three other makers who do 10mm Zulu war?Aren't there more urgent needs?

Are you including Newline in that list

Aye, that makes 4 others.

Fiercekitty, my point was that none of the others match up to Pendraken and as such, there can be no greater need than further additions to the best range there is.
Though I feel your pain on the Aztec front.  ;)

Cheers

I like Pendraken's stuff too; it's always my first choice. But I'm happy with my Zulus as they are (and as a South African I have a patriotic interest at stake!), whereas the empty places in Valhalla for the feathers gang must be breaking Odin's heart.

Though I'm glad to hear about Newlines - I see there are some real Thracian peltast figures at last!
