How much for a piece of old cardboard? How much would you pay for some old packaging with no defining marks? More than £100 starting bid.

Frankly they both look extremely modern and, as you say, they have no defining marks to prove their provenance. I think someone is trying it on.
Aside from being worth whatever someone is willing to pay, even if they are what they say they are, are they worthy of those starting bids?
Someone must be taking the rip! :o
Shame you can't put comments on eBay pages. Like: "Would you care to swap with my Ikea packaging I was about to throw out?"
Just sent him a message asking if he can prove he has not just pulled it from a skip :)
he does have a nice N gauge church up for sale though

Yeah, I was shopping for N scale churches when I found the cardboard. Not the other way round! ;D :)

Just plain daft!
It's a wind-up, surely - just to find out how gullible some people are. However, there's always one.... =) =) =)
No bids yet plenty of time to get one in though :-w
I've got quite a few used padded envelopes from Leon, if anyone wants to make me an offer. ;) :P
(Thinking about that.....I expect you've all got more than one of those already.)
Cheers - Phil.
Yes but not with YOUR name and address on ;)
GOOD POINT !!
So if I destroy all bar one....Then that one will be unique.....and I can sell it ebay as a true rarity. ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Cheers - Phil
Likewise the cardboard tube from my last toilet roll.

I'll bid. Would you take a "buy it now" offer of £3:50 and a Curly Wurly? :D
;D ;D ;D ;D
The only flaw I can see in this plan, is that Leon will be producing more of these items.....So I could never really claim it to be the only one in existence.
Cheers - Phil

Okay...no Curly Wurly then. ;)
You could always have any new orders sent to someone else's address (say mine) then that package would still be unique.
You could be the Banksy of the wargaming world. "The Faceless Orderer" " The Unrecipient" Its Art after all. ;)

Nooo! not the 'no Curly Wurly' clause!
I have enough padded envelopes to flood the market with fake Techno reproductions. Can't understand why I'm not making a fortune. :D
But have you got enough of the Pendraken 'slips' to go in each one Ray.....The ultimate proof of 'authenticity'. ;D ;D
Cheers - Phil.
