Couple of 1:3000 battleships to do this weekend, but what shall I do next? :-\
7 days to choose...
I think the Bavarians for something different, but maybe you want a change of scenery from the 1870s, so how about the Falklands chaps?
Knock out the Romans while you think about it.
Which is the easiest to achieve Will ?
Being somewhat biased, I want to see the the Falkland's bods done, but to my untutored eye that looks like it involves a lot more work ?
Whichever you choose.....Look forward to seeing them up on the forum.
Cheers - Phil.
Goblins...can't have too many ;)

That what I said - 600+ 28mm Painted 100+ to go ;D
And I have just statred a 10mm warmaster Goblin/orc army
Maybe some nice medieval heraldry will keep you busy?

Over fifteen rounds? :D
Falklands british. I really like your approach to the 1870 stuff, so am interested to see how you will represent moderns ;)

I have done some already. I will openly admit to stealing Dougie's amazing ideas here.

Mad Lemmey showed us some examples at Colours and they were really very, very nice 8). My eyesight and patience are no longer up to such standards I'm sad to say.
Falkland Brits in the lead at the halfway point...
Closely followed by medieval fantasy types, then. Romans, Bavarians and Gobbos in joint third...
Still a tight pursuing pack there.
So, I just changed my vote to Argentines for the Falklands. Mainly because we haven't seen too many of those yet, and Brits you've done already. So get on with their opponents!
;D
How about the front room?

How about the front room?
See...it's comments like that which cause arguments >:(
But induce domestic harmony...... ;D

There has been a late surge for Bavarians and Later Romans, now standing neck and neck with Falklands British.
Argentines are creeping up behind, and Goblins and Medievals are holding steady in third...
Who will win in the final furlongs?
Bavarians have overtaken and snuck into the lead! :D
Bavarians snuck a last minute a win huh! ;D Okay, once these Jumbos are done, I'll get on with them.
Thanks all. :D
Look forward to seeing them.

Must be the Illuminati what did it...
Boo [-(
Goblins...goblins...goblins
Yup, here votes! ;D
So, from the list:
2nd Division of Bavarians done.
Falklands Argentine platoon done
Two bases of goblin archers done.
Medieval Types done.
Next...
At the risk of provoking some uncalled for quips about my little predilection, I'd be interested in seeing some Later Romans.
That sounds fun! :D
Yes Romans!! Something fresh!
The Late Romans are brilliant little figures and got my vote first time round so I'll root for them again
Time to add to the Romans tomorrow then. Auxilia and Cavalry feels about right. 8)
Sounds like a good change of pace. You know what they say about variety.
Final varnish and Magnetic based my Fantasy medieval types tonight. Then I Assembled a unit if Later Roman auxilia, a unit of catafractii/clibinarii and a platoon of Falklands British infantry tonight.
That should tick a few boxes!
