Title: Trade stand
Post by: chalkie on 13 September 2013, 09:23:00 AM
How do you get a trade stand at one of the shows ?  Just wondering that's all.

Mostly look at cluband show websites, somewhere there will be a traders section with contact details.
e.g. Campaign Milton Keynes had an email link to our noble beneficent dictator chairmen Neil Sutherland, then let him know via the  link what size table and he lets you know the cost.

I see, just wondering that's all. Once I have enough stuff done I might be interested in a stand somewhere.

Thanks Lem.

Yep, as Lemmey says, find the relevant websites and start throwing out emails.  Some are easier than others to get into, so my advice would be to start with something local and small-ish to keep the costs down and gauge the reaction.  Then evaluate where you need to make changes and look at the next show on the list.

That would be me!  We've taken over the running of the Smoggycon show from Middlesbrough Gamers, so I'm dealing with that one now.  Unfortunately we're all booked up at the moment, with a waiting list as well, so I wouldn't expect to have any spare space for this year at least.  We can always add you to the waiting list if you like, and see how much space we've got for 2014?
