anyone have a photo of Prussian SYP 7 Grenadier foot march attack
com on peeps someone must have a pic :-w
If you've got the musketeer at march attack it will be like him but in a mitre.
Yep, it's this pose, but more Prussian-y...

thanks :)
Go back to October 2010 and a post/thread by Nikharwood titled Seven Years War:Prussians. I think!

You can see the musketeer version in the foreground, and the fusilier version in the background, the grenadiers are pretty much the same save for the mitre. I don't think I ever painted that pack.

Lovely pic, Clib. As I type Kev is doing an amazing (no hyperbole, really amazing) job of reproducing these figures to make the armies I bought from you completely Maurice compliant. I hope to tempt him to post the photos (beyond my technical competence, I am afraid) shortly. Watch this space :o :o

Oh shoot, I forgot all about emailing him about the colours I used, I'll have to get on to that.

May be a bit late for that, but I am sure he would still appreciate the confirmation! //

so can anyone tell me if Pendraken do a 18thc grenadier in a fur mitre with a bag on the rear ?
OS,
Are you thinking Austrian style, or French Grenadiers?
Mollinary
@ mollinary
not sure, looking for a suitable substitution for the Anspach Beyreuth Grenadiers in the AWI
Austrian (German) grenadiers are your best bet.
SYA6 Grenadier foot march attack
SYA7 Grenadier foot marching
SYA8 Grenadier foot advancing
SYA9 Grenadier foot firing
SYA10 Grenadier foot port fire
However, it seems that they probably didn't wear bearskins during the war, changing over to them only in 1785. See discussion here;
