:o
As if it wasn't bad enough that they want that kind of money for something unpainted, they also require that you assemble and paint it yourself using GW paints and glue.
If anyone pays for it they need their head tested.
:o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o !!!!!!!!
Cheers - Phil
They should get their own heads tested first, just look at the apocalyse limited edition rules. 150 quid for an expansion :o
WHAT!
WTF!
My experience is that they manage to sell a surprising number of these things :o
I'm just glad that I have more GW lead and plastic than any sane person should possess, all bought at considerably less than current prices thanks to a mix of e-Bay, GW in-store sales and the local club's bring & buy stalls* at Claymore.
*Bring & Buy - a process whereby you buy things you don't need with money you don't have so you can paint them up and sell them at the following year's Bring & Buy in order to fund the next round of Bring & Buy :)
Best description of a bring and buy EVER ;D
Yipe, that's a bit pricey... (total understatement).... I would love to see how many they actually sell, even with a staff discount of whatever, it is still silly money whichever way you look at it.
MY bring and buy definition is.. you buy it, it sits in a box all year and you take it back the next and get 50% of what you paid ofr it ;)
Bl**dy Hell's bells :o :o :o :o :o
Let's be honest...They keep astounding us with their price rises.....Until the next time.
I'm still shaking my head from yesterday.
Cheers - Phil.
I'd find this interesting if I was actually a customer of theirs. You may as well complain about the price of Ferraris while you're at it. :d
I don't complain, i have no need for their stuff. It's just sad to see what sort of company they have become.

They haven't become anything.
They were always rip off merchants ;D
Unbelievable, who on earth pays that for a load of plastic, i wonder how much it actually cost's to produce, maybe the £56 but i'm thinking less.
kev
It would probably cost them a bit more, but never that amount of money!
