Hi!
I'm in the process of self-publishing a rulebook for a Dungeon-Crawling game I made up using Pendraken figures, and since the I use Pendraken figures pretty much exclusively and they were what I used to write the book, can I mention the website in the rules and add a link in the back of the book along with my own twitter and blog etc?
Thought I'd better ask before going ahead!
No problem at all, any links are much appreciated at this end! If there's anything we can do to help, let me know, and feel free to let everyone here know about the rules as well.

Will do, thanks! Gonna make the PDF free, and publish a pocket 40-page rulebook through Lulu.com. Don't suppose you have any suggests where I could find free artwork for the cover do you? I was thinking as an alternative choice to have a photo of a game in play, but obviously that will mean having painted figures on the cover, would that be okay? If I'm gonna make a few pence profit if someone buys a hard copy I want to be above board and professional!

Completely fine with us, it's nice coverage for the range!

As far as I know Leon and Dave haven't yet instituted a GW style IP clause. I'm all in favour of protecting IP, but the "don't stick any one elses stuff to ours is ridiculous"
A lot of mine are also Pendraken.

I didn't ask, though :-[
Thanks for the replies!
It's now on Lulu on private status awaiting making public after I've playtested it!
I'll be posting the PDF of the rules in the Dungeon Discussion part if anyone would like to volunteer playtesting it?
Looking forwards to giving them a go TKD.
:)
The PDF is too big to attach to an entry, any ideas anyone? Don't really have a website to link it to as it's still beta and don't want random people downloading a work in progress, just enlightened chaps like yourselves who can help me make sure the game is coherent and playable!
Also, didn't notice my name made such a cool-sounding acronym, TKD Games has a great ring to it!

If you can send it through to the Pendraken email, I can upload it to our server if you like? Then people can access it through there?
:-\
I`ve used http://www.dropbox.com (http://www.dropbox.com) to host some downloadable commom domain books earlier, works a treat. :)
I used dropbox to give my 'beta-readers' access to my 300 page novel. My daughter in law can make edits and leave that copy in the same place. Only those you give the link to can get it.
So if I send the PDFs to info@pendraken.co.uk, that'll work? Then you can add them to this topic? Shall I start a new topic in the Dungeon Forum for them to be added to as well?

Thanks for the email, I'll get those uploaded later today and send you the links for them.
